I’m a traditional Thatcher. I can’t always take calls whilst I’m up on a roof, so you may need to leave me a message. If your enquiry is not urgent, try leaving a message on the landline, letting me know what is a convenient time for me to call back.
Thatching takes time. It’s labour intensive, but it is worth the wait. There is a waiting list. Unless you have an emergency repair, I won’t be able to thatch your roof next week, or next month. Currently the waiting list is around 18 months. If your need is urgent I will respond as rapidly as I can.
